border around forums

Can anyone tell me how to set a border around the forums area like this page has. For example when you enter the forums on this page or anyother area in here there is a grey border around the whole forums section. I desperatly need some sort of border around my forums to make them look right. I just need the code this board uses i can edit the images to fit my board.

all i really need is the code i can make the graphics i just dont know what template to edit and what code is required to place the images in the right spot.

Even html code to put a simple html border could work
