This is a small hack requested by jam583 in the requests forum. It allows you to set a post count goal, and a date to reach that
goal. The goal date, today's date, the post count goal, how many posts are left to reach the goal, and how many days are
left until the goal expires, are shown on the forums home page.

As far as the hack is concerned, nothing. Well, instead of telling you how many posts left to the goal, it will say the goal is reached. But beyond that, nothing...that wasn't within the scope of the request. I assume that jam583, who requested this, would have in his mind what he would do if the goal is reached, and that's up to him. I only did the coding for the display of the goal and the calculations, I just took it on as an exercise in my learning of PHP. :)

Thank you very much for the hack! Pretty much I plan to set a goal and when it's reached changed the goal and make it higher :) Spammers could be a problem, but I doubt it will because my boards are moderated pretty good.

Here's my question -- how can you tell WHO posted the 'goal' post? I know I can't determine it by the Post ID, so how else? I'd like to know WHO posts the 100,000th post for a contest that I'd like to hold.

Does anyone have this working with 2.2.2? I had it working lovely with 2.03, but since I upgraded, it comes up with some off the wall numbers for posts remaining until goal. I installed the welcome panel hack, which I think inserted commas into the number of posts, etc. Could this be the problem? I'm stumped!
