How Do I PM All My Users

Hello,

I'd like the ability to send Private Messages to all my members at once (rather than emails). Doesn't seem to be an option to do this however - how should I go about this? Any ideas or hacks that anyone has done?

Would be better than emailing users as they would then come back to the site to read the PM. Should be able to allow admins to PM everybody even if they have disabled PM notification via email.

I would also like this :) I am about to start a contest for my members, and I want to shove it in their faces that we have a contest! Masspms is one of the best ways :D I hopesomeone can make this hack...

I am interested in this hack too!

I think this can be done by doing the following:

Make a php page that lets you select which usergroup to PM and which msg to send. Then just let it roll through the database? Add the pm to the users .. ?

There is a hack called "Mass PM" that is already available. It works - I know coz I use it. :)
