Different Languages on the same Board

Is it possible to have show different languages on the same board?

So like for example, kind of like the different Styles.

No. I'm not licensed yet like I already told one of the VBB Staff members with E-Mail. However I wish to get enough money to purchase a copy of VBB but it's hard to do it with my budget and allowance. (I'm a student...$0 Income...) I might get a job soon to get enough money but before I actually buy it I want to know that what I require for my board is accessible through VBB and its hacks.
