Who's online not visible for certain user !

This will most probably be mainly for FireFly !

I wanted a sytem like FF has done on this site whee we cant see where he is looking on the board lol It had be shocked for a second when I saw his note addressed to me ! :eek: lol

If anyone can tell me how I can implement this on my board, thatll be GREAT !!!
