IP address in email send throw vB

When a user sends an email throw the program vB, it would be useful if in the email is indicated his IP, so he takes responsability for what he writes.

I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean when a user uses the e-mail command to e-mail another user? If so that wouldn't be a wise idea, that would make it easier for people to hack people.
