Am i doing something wrong?.

When trying to change my profile on my site and upload an avatar i get this message.

The uploaded file is not a valid GIF or JPG file. Please ensure that it is and try again.

I have looked in admin cp but cannot find anything to help. :(

Well it's the image i have used here?. so it should work on my site i would have thought, I have been told it may be something to do with the host server.
