OK this is very wierd I can not add any more user groups?
Custom ones?

I try and I try and when I go back, it always ,set to no

I has nothing to do with cookies are anything!

SO how would I go about doing this manuely!
since I can not do it the regular way.......

Let me guess, you hacked your usergroup.php file and replaced the INSERT and UPDATE queries, right? ;)
