PM, EMail, PM popup ON and not changeable?

User Options..set them ON and not let the users change them.
I want to keep email addresses turned on and PM's on and also Pop up for PM on and not let the users turn them off. How would I do this permanently? Thanks!

Remove the option to change these in the modifyoptions template. Then you can run simple MySQL queries to set these in the database. I don't have time to find these exact queries just now, but it would be something like:

UPDATE user SET pmpopup=1
