Remove Profile Icon, Username Link to profile

Similar to this board they removed the profile button and made the usernames link to the profile. I would like to try this out to save bandwith and basically clean the board up a bit. Any help would be great, thanks!

This won't require any editing of the vB code, just edit your postbit template... :)
