javascript only on index.php?

I need a frame breaker script (already have it) on my index page, and only on my index page, as im using frames for my sub-domains ... anyone know how i go about setting this up? thanks in advnace!

If you want to divide your index page up, which is what I'm guessin you want to do, you can edit the styles, templates...whatever you want to break it up. But then, I'm confused on what you're asking. :)
