HEy first, how do you get those things center, the name of the fourms, the groups of them, how do you do that??

How do I add images to that area too. it that what you guys did??

And where can I download phpportal, I went to there main site, and Can't find anywhere to download it???

Well, the first answer I don't know.

vbPortal 3.0 for vBulletin 2.2.1 is only available for contributing members as stated at the top of the page of phpportals. It will available for free if it gets out of beta but you'll only get support if you donate.
vbPortal 2.0 is only for vBulletin 2.03 but free.
