Ikonboard Converter!

I have convert my ikonboard members to my new vbulletin board! Now every member must ask for a new passwort! The members get the first mail, where they must visit the first link, that they get the new password per email. but this second mail doesn't arrive!

what is wrong? I need your help very much!
