YaBB to Vbulletin

Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I couldn't seem to post in the requests one.

Is there a script or program or anything that will convert posts, members and everything else from YaBB (another forums, http://yabb.xnull.com), to vBulletin.

This would be a great help to me as my site is entering the wonderful PHP era...

is there a YaBB converter? Im not currently a lisencee but if there is a YaBB converter its one extra thing that'll help me to purchase it.
