What can I do to optimize my forums? We're still in the midst of developing the forum as we are going to a new style sheet for the forum before unleashing it to the public. We were on UBB with over 150 members but we had major problems so we switched to vB.
If you go to our forum right now: Link (http://64.91.233.145) is it running too slow? Or is it just me?

Installing Zend Optimizer is the best way to make sure that the php is executing at its fastest. http://www.zend.com its freeware.
Making sure you have allocated the right amount of memory in the my.cnf file for MySQL. Eva2000 is best at judging how much you need to allocate though, look at some of her posts on vbulletin.com.

a little question about the above, do hosts have to support it, or can I just install it on the server, dose it increase Server loadage?
