Hi every one,

Could someone tell me how to check and know the latest exploits

in vBulletin program because i have vBulletin and i want in

personality check it every week to see if there

is an exploit or not?

please help me because i don't want hackers destroy my

vBulletin.

As soon as any exploit becomes known, Jelsoft fixes the problem and releases an update as quickly as they can. Therefore the best and only way to make sure you have the best protection is to be running the latest version. At this time that would be 2.2.1.

P.S. People can still hack servers and accounts so there are others ways they can destory your forums that have nothing to do with any problems with vBulletin.

you mean they can hack by using php exploits?

How can i check php exploits?

Not really.

Easiest way is if they find out the host your are hosted with, then find out they run Cpanel/WebHostManager, then all they gotta do is know the path to config.php and then SSH/telnet into their account and use Pico to view that file.

Whammo - they have your database info.
