It looks like the modules have been deleted on the main page.

If you log in to Admincp, try Enable Hook System from the options as No.

Click on widgetinstance table
ORDER BY `widgetinstance`.`widgetinstanceid` DESC
The id of the most recently added widget appears first
click delete and the problem is solved
