Hello
I want to create a landing page as mentioned in the below forum:
https://www.siasat.pk/
The home page in this website is very cool. Is there any way to create the same for Vbulletin 5 .6.4 forum?

vBulletin 5 uses Site Builder to do this. Did you read the Getting Started PDF that came with the software?
Click Edit Site on any user facing page of your site
Click "New Page"
Choose a Layout (columns)
Drag and drop Modules to fit your needs
Edit the modules to change their settings by clicking on their pencil icon
Save the Page
When saving click the "Make this page the homepage" box

Thanks man. I did exactly the same as you mentioned. But is it possible to show two columns in one module?
Suppose the Latest Activity Module, I want to split the content into two columns

I worked on it a little bit, and this is the result.
I'll share it when it's done.

Currently I have 3 search widgets on a 33x33x33 (three columns) setup. On each Search Widget I display different forums. But I want to have one widget which shows 2 or 3 columns in it. I exactly like your DEMO setup but on the top there should be menu which gives options e.g Latest Threads, Active Threads, Talk Shows etc as scene in the below image:
