Forum viewing limited by post requirements!

Is there a way I could prevent users from viewing cetain forums on my board until they meet an assigned post amount? This would solve ALOT of problems with my board! Any help would be highly appreciated!

I think there is a hack for this already, by wluke, called Forum Features or something like that.
