How can I disable Directing

Hi all.
I have my old backup which is in 2015 and want to see this forum threat on my local PC.
I have setup Xaamp and imported db and installed vb4. After installation I want to admin login but after entering login details and pressing enter its directly going my live forum.
So I think there is a directing settings or code I dont know where is it , how can I fix this problem.

basically like this: localhost/vb4/admincp.php after login details and enter , then directly going to https://mylivevbforum.com

please help me.
