Popup Notice

All,

I have the Force members to read a thread mod installed, and works well.

Does anyone know of a popup notice to highlight things we might want members to recognise the existence of?

I guess a few of my members don't notice the Notices that appear at the top of the Forum page - it would be beneficial to have something that pops up on login :D
