Delete all user thanks

Hi everyone :)

I have the post thanks plugin installed and it works great.

I deleted sometime ago delete all user thanks.I would like the ability to be able to delete all thanks by a member again.

Can anyone give me the coding to add this back on the template and the correct template to add it to.
