Which blue text? The links?
You can disable Facebook and Twitter under AdminCP > Settings > Options >
Third Party Login Options

You mean the Share tabs in the Postbit? Yes. They can be disabled as well.
They're under Topic Display Options.
Enable Share Topics to Facebook?
Shows a Facebook Share button on topic display.
This can be enabled without enabling other Facebook features or creating a Facebook App.
Yes No
Enable Share Topics to Twitter?
Shows a Twitter Tweet button on topic display.
The text is controlled by multiple stylevars under the Style Variable Editor.
You want to look at body_text_color and body_link color first. You will probably want the body_link_color_hover color to be something other than black or you'll want to add text decoration such as underline.

This is the blue text that I want to be black but I can't figure out how to get it done.
