I would like to know if it is the most efficient antiblock script for vb4, I use this script (https://antiblock.org/)but many members are accessing the site with other ad blocker

There will always be ways to bypass anti ad-block scripts, it's an endless cat and mouse game. You'll just have to accept the fact that people do this.
