Why do you need a date to tell people how to comply with COPPA? It's fairly self-explanatory. Either you're 13 years of age or you're not.

COPPA shouldn't be used for reasons other than COPPA compliance.

If all you want to do is to display birthdays you should be able to do that using an IF statement. Unfortunately, I don't have an active vB3 forum up and running to test this out for you but now that it is known what you're trying to accomplish someone should be able to assist you.
