"array" shown instead of date of birth

Hi

when a new member register I get "array" instead of show date of birth in the email sent after the registration is completed (but the date is shown correctly in the member profile..

using 3.8.10

I tried to find 'where' is the problem located but couldnt

strange, I just checked the emails and found some got the correct date while some others got "Array" instead of DOB!!
