Problem in insert image and insert link

hi,

i'm using vbulletin 3.8.11 and i don't remember when but now, when you go to reply or open thread or anything use to write message and click on insert link or image,

it show the pop-up and hide in a sec if you move the mouse cursor, if you try and try several time it works,

i really not know from where this come,

if somebody could help me ?
