DBTech - User Tagging counter update problem

I'm using a plugin DBTech - User Tagging
message counter update done .. But The tags within the topic have disappeared.

Could you help?

What version of php are you using? I've noticed tagging issues using above php 7.0

vbulletin 3.8.8 php 5.4 ı updated message counters and after that all the member tags which inside the subjects has gone (disappeared) however in the new subjects there is no tag problem like that. how can ı solve thıs problem? please help me
