Editing Social Group icons

We never used Social Groups much, but we have found a use for them. Question, how do you edit the ? icon with a custom image? We tried Edit Group but there is no "Edit Icon" link or anything like it.

In Social Group Options we have Enable Social Group Image Icons set to Yes

Odd, I can edit the icon without issue at the bottom of the edit group page.

Really? There must be some setting we're missing, any ideas?

Edit: oh god, it was super easy -- edit Usergroup Admin, "Can upload social group icons"
