Changing Forum URL - now what?

I had this issue with my forum in that someone who helped me set it up had the users type in /forums/forum to get to their forum (there are different permissions but all forums fall under Forums.

So I have a new forum and thought I'd change the URL to forums/forum in the Settings / Options

And now it's all TEXT and I can't do anything. I can't get the ADMINCP back. HELP.

Use the tools.php of do_not_upload folder in vB-package. load it to core/admincp and call it by yourdoamin,dom/core/admincp/tools.php ... You could replace your domain there.
