The closest thing I can think of can be found here:

[DBTech] Post Templates v1 (vB4) (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=277323)

This is reported to work with vb4, good luck.

DBTech's product gives you a button on the toolbar, and clicking it shows a dropdown menu of the templates you've defined. So, it does take two clicks, but offers a great deal more flexibility than a button that only allows one canned reply.

The one I linked I read gave the option to choose the forum to put the button.
From what I understood the dbtech don't give me the option to choose a forum, isn't it?

I think you're right on that...there is no per forum permission for post templates.
