Problem With Super Moderators

Hello,

I have problem with super moderators functions,

when i Allow to super moderators for this option
Can Permanently Delete Posts..then its work good...but for some reason i dont want to give them this permission "Can Permanently Delete Posts "

So when i disable the "Can Permanently Delete Posts " then they cant delete soft delete posts...they getting this error.

But moderator can premently remove threads...but they cant delete soft posts...during soft deleting they get this error of permission.

i dont want to give premnetly deleting option to moderators....for security reason..
