All my users on my forum can see the top 5 stats such as shown in the first attachment when they log into the home page. However, one of my users used to see this and now no longer can and for the life of me I can't figure out how to tell him to turn it back on. Any help is appreciated

ACP/Usergroups/Usergroup manager or look in vboptions and look for the addon there, lower on the list.

Definitely not under Usergroup Manager. Looking through vboptions right now. However, to be clear, this user is a member of the group "Paid Users" Other members of that same group can see the stats on the top of their homepage, yet this one user can't. So I don't think it is a group setting thing. Somehow that individual user changed his page layout and I can't figure out how. I even have his login info so that I can go in as if I were him and I still don't see how to fix it.

I did figure out this stats box is an add-on called "Cyb-Advanced Forum Statistic" I am able to go into the add-on and change number of stats shown, which stats are shown, etc but this still doesn't answer how an individual user turned that off.

Thanks for the info though Blind-Eddie. Didn't solve this problem yet but fixed a couple other things as a result.
