DIY Sidebar

Anyone have instructions (or a link) how to make a DIY or custom sidebar/block for advertising with vBulletin 4? Or maybe there's something already made here.

I know vBulletin has a built-in sidebar/block Manager...but it doesn't seem to be working for me...so I guess I got to go DIY.:)

If you want to set up a temporary admin account, and PM the login credentials to me, I would be glad to come to your site and try to find out why your sidebar isn't working.
