DELETED THREADS

Hi Everyone, I accidentally deleted all my threads i had posted because I was removing some spam did not notice I had myself selected as well. Is there any way to retrieve those?

Load a backup from before the accidental delete.

They can only be restored if you did not physically delete them (so you did a "soft delete").
Otherwise, no other way aside from a backup.
