Different image for each subforum

Years and years ago, I was able to add a different header image for each subforum on our vBulletin v4.x forum (example below) to the right of the regular logo. We just added a new subforum, and for the life of me, I don't remember how I did it. Can anyone clue me in? My head hurts from banging it against my desk for the last three hours. Thanks!!
