vBulletin 3.8.11 reply comment background color not funtional

Attached image is my vbBlog 2.0.4 with vb3.8.11. When a post relpy/comment a background look like not random funtional. Sometime is 3 background same color (Sky color), sometime other color (offwhite color).
I want to change a blue sky color to other color, can some one please help me how I can do it.

you need disable all plugins, then you should check again.
