Whoever told you to come here should have told you to post in the Request for Paid Services (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30) forum and to read all the sticky threads and announcements in that forum before posting or hiring anyone.

Understand no one here has been vetted. It is up to you to do research on someone you hire. People report being scammed and they are out of luck, it happens.
