Problem with hotmail

Anyone else have a problem with Hotmail.

I have just been informed by my host that my VPS ip address as been blocked by hotmail.

I am not sure why they have done this but basically i cant now send or receive emails from members that have hotmail email addresses.Also new members cant sign up with hotmail.

My host have said they have sent a request for my server ip to whitlisted.

i had an issue with hotmail a while back and my host had to add a PTR (reverse DNS) record in order to prevent this in the future.
