Issue that I can't seem to replicate

I have members on my forum saying that when they paste in a test file, all of the formatting is lost and looks like 1 big string.

I cannot reproduce this issue at this point but I am seeing if someone else has seen this on their forums in the past

I am running 4.2.2 PL6 currently (will be going to 4.2.5 in the next few weeks)

What's the test file?
Also it's normal for most of the formatting to disappear if you try to copy an entire Word document in a vBulletin WYSIWYG editor.
