Text area in profile?

In my users profiles I want to have an area where they can write a diary type thing and need a text area like the signature one where they can alter their diary. Could someone please do this for me?

Thanks, i installed that earlier this evening and its great, only thing is is there anyway I can have the contents of that in their profile?

Why couldn't you just add a custom profile field and make it editable by the user?

I have done but its not good at all :(

They really need to be able to edit it like a sig in the sense that it can have line breaks and can be more easily viewable.

Well I really need the textarea one, it might be useful for other things too.

Did we ever figure out how to add textarea fields (like the signature fields) for the user profiles?
