Suggest emailing sales@vbulletin.com for assistance. Give as much info as possible for them to confirm you are the rightful account holder of the old account and licence holder.

You only have two posts on a roughly 7 year old account that is not licensed regardless.

- Make a new forum account, note the email address used when you make it.
- Please click here (http://members.vbulletin.com/membersupport_priority.php) (vB-Germany users click here (http://members.vbulletin-germany.com/membersupport_priority.php)) and enter your email address.

The update to your account may take upwards of one hour.

After you do that, you're all set! Much simpler than submitting tickets and all those extra steps just to acquire back an outdated account w/o statistics or posts even.
