Paul removed all products of him. Please delete his all mods from category.

Not much to do about it, developers have all the rights to remove their products whenever they want to for any reason.

why there are empty threads? it is unnecessary. I think it should move to modification Graveyard or archived category.

It's been highlighted and will be done as soon as those with the permissions to do so have sufficient time available.

Why did he do that?

Why did he do that?

How about asking Paul instead of asking us. If he cares to explain his reasoning he will.

You can find him here: https://theadminzone.com/

It is awful when plug ins are pulled this way but Paul has his reasons and I can totally understand. I probably would have chosen the same course.

This forum has really gone downhill since I started here. Most of us can be found at TAZ in addition to being here but many are there instead of being here. :(

This forum is a virtual ghost town with vBulletin 4 being declared End Of Life. No one other than Glenn Vergara is actively developing for vBulletin 5, not even the few developers who continue to have modifications available here. I know a lot of people would place all the blame on the vB5 product but I think a lot more has changed between 2010 and now than just the industry coding standards. Forums have been steadily declining in popularity for quite some time. Coding social media APIs is now far more profitable.

There is at least one other forum system I know that is going well. :)

This site is better for not having any Paul M mods

Why would you say that?

Do you have an axe to grind with Paul, or can you cite your reasons for making the above statement?

if you're not going to openly support your modifications because you are the type of person to take your ball and go home then they shouldn't be posted.

Well, when you're in charge of vBorg, you can take down my products. Until then, I have left them up, and provide support elsewhere for the most part. However, I do continue to provide limited support here.

But, you didn't answer the question.

When you're in charge of me ill explain myself to you, could care less what you do with your mods but can suggest one place for them

If you're going to pop in and shoot your mouth off with statements like

This site is better for not having any Paul M mods

then you need to explain yourself, because you're a) wrong and b) coming across like a troll.

Your attitude is for the birds and it's not appreciated by more people than just Mark.

Explain your statement.

Lol ... wow ... the audacity of some ...

Paul has every right to do what he wants with his Mods, when you are paying him for his services then you can complain. He provided his mods and support for free for as long as he could, if you don't like it "HIT THE ROAD JACK"!

in about a week or 2 i will no longer be part of this too as well. This place has done down hill and the lack of support plus Mr.Lukes lack of caring is a big no no imo. Almost 11 years on vb and it had to end like this. Got one more forums to move to the new and better software then i am 100% out of vb family forever.

Not sure why people feel obligated to get support from developers who released their plugin for free. It's like receiving a car for free from someone and then you keep asking the person who gave you the car to provide maintenance and pay for all bills.

I suppose Dave, i have some mods on here marked supported that are like 10 years old, so maybe i should delete them too?

Paul M was here because he got paid to be as soon as they quit paying him he deleted everything and left and ran a world class smear campaign pitty party so dont act like he was some great volunteer who made sacrifies to make your day brighter.

i dont owe him or anyone here anything, Lynne is the only bright spot left on vb everyone else either bailed to other softwares or just quit it and started a facebook group

dont have to like it, or me but thats the truth

Just about everything you said there is completely wrong.

Totally factually incorrect.

Not sure where you think you got your info but it's wrong.

And even if he did get payed, he never once required "US" to pay "HIM" to give us support for "HIS" mods ...

Wouldn't you quit your job if you didn't get payed?

And no one is asking you for anything, I would like to know who has said "YOU" owe them something ...

This place still has people who "STILL" offer help ... Yes it sucks that so many people have left for whatever reasons which I have no right to demand to know or even feel like its someone's obligation to let "US" know, but the show must go on ...

Hey ya'll (Southern Draw lol) I'm gonna go ahead and close this thread, for the simple reason it's way off track and the information being posted isn't anywhere close to anything those of us like myself and Joe (BOP5) know transpired such as the statement about Lynne still being the only bright spot - that will always be true whether Lynne is still with vBulletin or not (she left the company Diesel fyi) she is a star, hands down a STAR that shines bright, ohh with cats, lots and lots of sweet cats orbiting that star!

Anywhoo since no one can be forced to do anything and we can't shame people into doing things either (well we could but let's not be that shallow nor selfish lol) there is no sense dragging Paul's name in the mud because he's not supporting a product - he's still the same top notch guy we all knew, support of mods aside!

So I hope that I covered all the current "bases" here, love you guys and gals let's keep on trucking because for me here, the weathers great ;).
