some attachments are blank

Any reason for getting blank attachment?
Only few attachments are blank. Blank Attachments were uploaded by different users..
Attachments are stored in file system..

Maybe an addon you installed recently is causing the issue.
I would suggest shutting off addons until you find the one causing the issue.

This was from the error log.

But when I view the attachment URL, its just blank white page..

AFAAIK, if an attachment doesnt exist the error should be:
Invalid Attachment specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator
And not a blank page?
