Attachment Resizing by Image Libraries

Does anyone know where it is the control of the maximum attachment size permitted for uploading? (VB4.2)

I understand the maximum size of attachment permitted is set at "attachment manager. I am looking for setting the maximum size the image libraries (GD or mageMagick 6)will allow uploading and resizing to the limit set at "attachment manager".

look at the bottom of your config.php file in the includes directory....

you can see some settings there is i think what you are after ;)
