Missing side panel (In Admin Control Panel)

I was looking to upgrade my forum, and went into the admin panel. What happened here and how do I get this back?

Are you the super admin?
There is a setting to hide some.

Administrator Permissions in admincp > Usergroups > Administrator Permissions > Edit Permissions and assign which ones you want them to have.

Can also check your file health, may need to reupload the admin files.
