Updating From vBulletin 3.8.4 to vB4 - Can I Keep The Old Design

I run vBulletin 3.8.4 and I want to uptade it to vBulletin 4 version but can I keep my custom design as can I keep the forum look as it is or will that all change with the update.

Without any effort, no, it's not possible.
You'll have to manually port it to vBulletin 4 since vBulletin 4 uses a different template structure and does not make use of tables.
