I have vB4 installed and I'd be happy about it if it wasn't that my forum doesn't look that well on mobile devices when lots of people visit us (or strive to visit us) with their tablet and cellphone.
I'm amazed that I have actually paid again and again for vB (versions 3 and 4) and I don't have such a basic functionality which I have for free on my other phpBB forum.
Is there a mobile device friendly (responsive) skin for the vBulletin 4, out there?
thanks

You really can't have a responsive theme for vB4. vB4 itself is not responsive. I know you can find themes for vB4 advertised as responsive but that's really a misleading description.
The best you can do is create a mobile theme that looks better, works better, and is less klutzy than the default vB4 mobile style. There are a few of those out there.
See an example at https://themeforest.net/item/metro-a-theme-for-vbulletin-4-and-5/3555714?s_rank=6 - that one also has "matching" full styles too: https://themeforest.net/item/metro-a-theme-for-vbulletin-4-and-5/3555714?s_rank=6

You can search around the forum to find a responsive theme as IggyP suggested.
If not, you need to make it as responsive template like I did for my forum but it requires more works on your default style. :)
Making your forum "responsive" isn't hard. Making it mobile friendly however is an entirely different task and I have yet to see a mobile-friendly full-responsive vBulletin 4 theme.

Hello dear
What are the steps to edit the default style?

I agree with this option and vB4 is obviously not a responsive design but it can become a responsive theme if we can change it or integrate it with a css framework.

Honestly I used mobile style but it lacks of functions that already have on desktop version, thus if possible, we should have a responsive theme is the best.

Still working on it. Needs at least 2 weeks work to finish. Is not just a responsive theme. Is a full redesign of the way that normal theme works.
When it will be ready, I'll release it here. Free as all my mods, but this one will have a Copyright link in page footer.
Currently check only Forumhome. Day by day you can see more.
PS: Registrations are disabled. This site is just for development.

Your project looks great. I appreciate that you've spent so much time on it. However, what I'd be after is an independent mobile theme. It seems a lot of suggestions for a good functional mobile vBulletin 4 theme would involve breaking the functionality of the main themes and only using the responsive one.
The main theme is very important to my forum, so having a separate independent mobile theme would be mandatory for me, but it seems I can't have it both ways. Fortunately, my members are satisfied with the BYO Tapatalk app that I offer. Sadly, it wasn't all that long ago when Tapatalk was talking about possibly having to axe the service at some point. I want to prepare for that and give my members a second way of using my forum on mobile.
The only other apparent option is a full move to XenForo (or an alternative), but I'm not going down that route. I've invested too much into vBulletin 4 and I don't regret what I've spent. Aside from a couple of problems like this I've been very happy with it.

Just finished "everything" https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7 ... Well, to be more specific, that "everything" at this time has a general meaning.
This project started with focus to be a responsive vB4 style. This done. Also my intention was to give a fresh style (simple style), with focus to "Mobile first". I believe that this also done. Third plan was to release some extra features like:
Cookies Policy
GDPR compliance features
Modal Profile with basic member info
Modal Login/Register
A simple Mailinglist
A simple Donation form with IPN support
HTML system emails
A powerful Footer section
Memberlist replacement
All of them added and at least in my test, seem to work fine. The problem is that some of these features were plan for the PRO version. I'll think how to resolve this.
What is still missing:
RTL currently is partial supported
Forum only version works. So the Suite version is still unsupported
Even if all pages are responsive, some of them are still with the old interface. Responsive but not updated. Maybe I missed a couple of pages, but is so hard to check all of them. This can be done only in real use. What I care most, is to have all member links in all pages, opening the modal window. For sure in the most important pages this works, but needs very deep check to find what left out.
