"ıüşöç" characters change automatically "iusoc"
Myforum.com/forum/çiçek how it changes myforum.com/forum/cicek

Where did you set the word çiçek? Is that a forum-title or a new post?
Did you check your database conversion? Some conversions could not save charakters like that. Please look into the database node-table if there is stored çiçek or cicek in the string

I have no problem with it at post or forum-titles
/forum/testforum-1/99-ıüşöç-çiçek
/forum/ıüşöç-çiçek

I think what the OP wants is to automatically change those accented characters to their equivalent regular characters. Is that correct?

Enabling "Route by node" is the best way to deal with this at the moment.
