On the bottom of the thread list in the forums. The box is titled "Forum Information and Options," It contains "Moderators of this Forum" and lists moderators names under it. IOW, the moderators are still showing.

Yes, I have viewed it logged out and logged in as a registered user. Cleared caches, used different browsers, checked default styles.

I checked it and see it too, am at a loss. You seem to have this weird double comma thing going there too, wondering if it's related.. EXAMPLE (https://startingstrength.com/resources/forum/forum171/)
